Cojinetes De Bola FAQS

QWhat is Spherical Roller Bearings ?

AA spherical roller bearing is a rolling-element bearing that permits rotation with low friction, and permits angular misalignment. Typically these bearings support a rotating shaft in the bore of the inner ring that may be misaligned in respect to the outer ring.

QWhat is Bearing Unit ?

ABall bearing units consist of an insert bearing mounted in a housing. An insert bearing is a deep groove ball bearing with a sphered (convex) outside surface and an extended inner ring that includes a mechanism to lock the unit onto the shaft. The housings have a correspondingly sphered but concave bore.

QWhat is a thrust load on a bearing?

ABearings support a shaft or housing to permit their free motion about an axis of rotation. Load can be applied to bearings in either of two basic directions. Radial loads act at right angles to the shaft (bearing's axis of rotation). Axial (thrust) acts parallel to the axis of rotation.

QWhat is AP roller bearing service ?

ARoller assembly – polymer cage inspection. It is recommended that cone assemblies be returned to Rail Bearing. Service for reconditioning.
